<li>Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.</li>

<li>Document case notes and communications in scriptmed or equivalent systems, ensuring all relevant data is accurately recorded.</li>
<li>Escalate priority issues to management when necessary, ensuring swift resolution of critical concerns.</li>

Our exciting Manager-In-Training (MIT) program gives you the opportunity to learn and grow at an established company with over 45 years of experience. Qualifications
