The Washington Community Investment Fund (WACIF) seeks an experienced, mission-driven Program Director to design, launch, and lead the Small Business Growth &amp; Entrepreneurs’ Financial Wellness Collaborative. This role will oversee a three-year initiative that addresses ecosystem fragmentation, strengthens partner alignment, and improves financial wellness outcomes for underinvested entrepreneurs in Washington, DC. The Program Director will coordinate direct services, systems change, and internal capacity building, ensuring that entrepreneurs receive the right support at the right time across the ecosystem.
&nbsp;
The Director will build and manage an Ecosystem Coordination Group (ECG), align data practices across partners, implement a referral system, facilitate train-the-trainer programs focused on financial distrust-informed practices. This role also embeds a sustainable social impact and measurement infrastructure to endure beyond the grant period.

This role works in close partnership with Programs, Development, Finance, and Operations departments to drive enterprise-level outcomes.

DUTIES &amp; Responsibilities:
1) Systems Change (Ecosystem Mapping, Coordination, Data, Convenings)

<li>Ecosystem mapping &amp; gap analysis: Lead a comprehensive landscape analysis of &nbsp;the Washington DC business ecosystem to identify service gaps, duplication, and coordination opportunities, and guide partners in aligning supports across the entrepreneurial journey to improve access, timing, and outcomes for underinvested entrepreneurs.</li>
<li>Build &amp; manage the Ecosystem Coordination Group (ECG): Formalize five core partners via MOUs, shared priorities, and operating cadence; facilitate alignment of definitions, data, and delivery.</li>
<li>Train-the-trainer: Coordinate capacity-building for ecosystem partners on financial distrust-informed practices (acknowledging historical harms, building trust, transparent products, plain-language financial education).</li>
<li>Referral system: Stand up an interoperable intake and warm-handoff process among eight ecosystem stakeholders, including pathways to capital and TA across the business lifecycle.</li>
<li>Cross-sector convenings: Plan and deliver convenings and networking events for government, financial institutions, corporations, nonprofits/ESOs, universities, chambers, and community organizations; manage a diverse steering committee for guidance and accountability. </li>
<li>Establish aligned data practices: In close collaboration with the Social Impact Consultant, Program Direction will lead strategy, alignment and external coordination related to implementation of common metrics for financial wellness, data taxonomy, intake forms, and consent protocols; synchronize data collection across ESOs.</li>

<li>Budget management &amp; subgrants: In partnership with programmatic teams, finance and operations, support administration of partner stipends/subgrants, track spending against milestones and ensure compliant documentation.</li>
<li>Reporting: Provide monthly updates to CPO and other executive team members; quarterly dashboards to leadership/board; annual ecosystem impact report.</li>
<li>Stakeholder management: Maintain high-trust relationships with ESOs, Funding Partners, chambers, universities, the DC Mayor’s Office, and advocacy organizations.</li>

Required

<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent years of relevant professional experience, in public policy, community development, economics, business, social impact, nonprofit management, or a related field.</li>
<li>8–10+ years in program leadership for entrepreneurship, small business support, CDFI/ESO, or community development; 3–5+ years managing multi-organization collaboratives.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in financial wellness and inclusive technical assistance; fluency in trust-building with communities experiencing financial distrust.</li>
<li>Proven experience in ecosystem mapping, data alignment, and establishing common measurements across partners.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management (government, banks, universities, chambers, nonprofits) and facilitation skills for diverse, cross-sector groups.</li>
<li>Data competence: exposure to leveraging CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau), and privacy-compliant data sharing.</li>

The Security Analyst is responsible for maintaining full accountability and control of all COMSEC hardware and keying material to ensure the integrity of secure communications systems. This role provides comprehensive network and intrusion detection support, manages encryption and keying requirements, and ensures compliance with NSA policies and procedures. The analyst performs end-user sustainment, develops training programs for COMSEC users, and supports the overall information security posture of the organization. The position requires strong technical skills in network security technologies, KMI certification, Security+ credentialing, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain 100% accountability of COMSEC hardware and electronic keying material including the receipt, custody, issuance, safeguarding, accounting, and destruction of COMSEC material. 
Responsible for providing intrusion detection, prevention, and network security monitoring support for a variety of security technologies. 
Ensure all equipment is using current, non-superseded keying material. 
Order COMSEC material and keys when needed to support existing equipment, new equipment, or new operational needs. 
Perform end-user maintenance and sustainment for COMSEC equipment, including battery changes and charging, uploading audit logs, and device user account management.
Develop and implement programs, procedures, and processes to ensure all COMSEC users are properly trained.
Required Skills and Experience:
B.A. or B.S. in related field with two (2) years network security services experience, with an additional year of experience with general information technology support. Degree may be substituted with three additional years of network security services experience.
Network security services experience should include a working knowledge of at least three of the following networking and network security devices/software: routers, firewalls, encryption, network and/or host-based intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, security information management, anti-virus, vulnerability management, and patch management. 
Knowledgeable about the National Security Agency (NSA) policies and accounting procedures required for coordinating customers’ requirements and resolving COMSEC matters.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
Security+ certification. 
KMI certified. 
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance- includes walking, bending, twisting, and performing a variety of other physical functions on a consistent basis.

Founded in 2010, Coach Across America is a national service organization dedicated to inspiring youth to achieve their potential by connecting them with coaches trained in positive youth development. We do this by identifying, training, and supporting coaches who bring sports-based youth development to partner organizations in the most underserved communities.
 
What Youll Do
This Coach Across America member will serve at Wrestling to Beat the Streets DC, expanding girls wrestling opportunities in Washington, DC, coordinating with current staff to lead coed and girls wrestling practices, and promoting the sport to girls in the area. Wrestling to Beat the Streets DC is a nonprofit organization that uses wrestling as a conduit for youth development opportunities, facilitates the startup of wrestling programs at public high schools in under-served areas, and offers year-round supplemental youth development and wrestling programming for participating student-athletes. You will receive sports-based youth development training to positively impact youth mental and physical well-being as part of a collaborative team.
 
Role Title: Girls Wrestling Coach
Role Type: OJJDP Service Position
Service Term: 8 month position (900 hours between Feb. 2026 and Sept. 30, 2026)
Living Allowance: $13,500.00 (paid biweekly)
Education Award: $3,000 (upon successful completion of service hours)
Expected Hours Per Week: 30 hours per week on average
Primary Location: Practice Facility in LEnfant Plaza, Washington, DC
 
Coach Role and Responsibilities
This Coach Across America coach will champion Beat the Streets DCs initiative to grow girls wrestling in Washington DC, coordinating closely with current leadership and staff to lead wrestling practices and promote the sport to girls in the area.
 
Responsibilities will include:

<li>Facilitate weekly practices for youth and high school student athletes at Beat the Streets DCs training facility (weekdays from 3:30-7:00 p.m.)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support student-athletes during winter high school wrestling season daily afterschool</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Attend local and regional youth wrestling tournaments with Beat the Streets DC teams (dates TBD)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct school/community outreach and lead recruitment events to promote girls engagement</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Track and monitor program metrics, including data collection activities directed by the Coach Across America Program Lead</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Encourage participants to gain and develop life skills, knowledge, and techniques through sport, using lessons learned at Coach Across Americas best-in-class training events</li>

<li>Act as a role model, gaining the respect and trust of the community and youth served</li>

Additional Requirements
Coach Across America coaches must complete the following requirements to ensure successful completion of the OJJDP service program:

<li>Attendance at days of community service</li>

Uniform Policy
Coaches must wear Coach Across America branded t-shirts provided by Coach Across America when coaching and at program sessions and events.
 
Eligibility &amp; Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a current or former wrestler with demonstrated interest in sports-based youth development programs ready to take their career to the next level as the leader of an emerging initiative.

<li>The program is open to U.S. citizens, nationals, or lawful permanent residents.</li>
<li>Volunteers must be 18 years old, or 17 with written parental/guardian consent.</li>
<li>Volunteers must have or be working toward a High School diploma, GED, or the equivalent.</li>
<li>Previous Sports Based Youth Development, non-profit, or related education or experience.</li>
<li>Experience in social media, public relations, and/or outreach.</li>
<li>Coaching and/or wrestling experience preferred.</li>
<li>Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
