 Professional Experience/Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing fields is highly valued, along with strong initiative and excellent organizational skills.</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical trades, with a proven track record in leadership roles.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems, energy efficiency practices, and sustainability initiatives.</li>

Administrative Specialist POSITION SUMMARY Science, Society &amp; Culture (SSC) seeks an administrative specialist to assist in the execution of SSC events, calendar management for the senior vice president and the SSC team and general operations support for the SSC division.The ideal candidate will have experience working in small but fast-moving teams and deftly balancing multiple tasks at once. The administrative specialist will report to the program director of SSC. The administrative specialist will oversee the planning and execution of administrative components for SSC events, including the annual awardee summit, programmatic retreats and convenings, awardee and partner networking events, the annual SSC advisory board meeting and ad hoc events as needed.  About Win - Women in Need Win is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness by providingtransitional and supportive shelters for women-led families. Manyof our families have escaped domestic violence and strive to keeptheir families together and safe. Win’s Income Building Programsupports our clients by facilitating their transition fromunemployment to employment and helping those already employed toimprove their circumstances. This includes increasing wages, movingfrom part-time to full-time work, securing health benefits, andtransitioning from off-the-books to on-the-books positions.Additionally, Win offers financial literacy workshops to equip ourclients with essential skills such as budgeting, bill paying, andbasic fiscal management. Purpose of the Opportunity The Manager of Individual Gifts is responsible for identifying,cultivating, qualifying, and soliciting mid-level ($1,000-$4,999)donors to raise significant revenue for Win. Reporting to theSenior Director, Major Gifts, the Individual Giving officer managesaspects of the individual donor programs (events, communicationscontent, solicitation) to raise funds and donor commitments insupport of Win programs. Key Accountabilities
Donor Relations and Cultivation • Manage portfolio of donors supporting from $1,000-$4,999,including annual giving, from communications and engagement tosolicitation and stewardship. • Coordinate donor experiences involving Development and Programteams, including strategy development and preparation of briefingdocuments, formal proposals, and logistical support. • Oversee the acknowledgement and recognition processes formid-level donors, ensuring immediate, tailored, and accuratecorrespondence to donors, and on-going appreciation asappropriate.
Research and Metrics • Regularly provide reporting on mid-level financial progress as itrelates to overall goal. • Work closely with the Director of Development Operations todevelop systems and methodology to identify/qualify new Windonors. • Analyze donor data and fundraising metrics to assess performance,identify trends and share key learnings to inform strategicdecision-making.
 Data-Driven Approach • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date donor recordsin Salesforce, Win’s CRM database, with a focus on data hygiene.Work with the Development staff to ensure fulfillment andimplementation. • Track and report activities and progress towards goals throughthe fiscal year. Opportunity
Reporting to IRAP’s Executive Vice President, External Relationsand Chief of Staff, the Vice President (VP), Development will be anintegral member of the IRAP team, and involved in theorganization’s overall strategic development. They will oversee andmanage the organization’s fundraising strategy, development, andexecution, and will build key infrastructure and contacts tostrengthen and sustain its activities. In partnership with theExecutive Vice President, External Relations and Chief of Staff,the Development team, and other key stakeholders, the VP will be astrategic leader and frontline fundraiser, forging newrelationships to increase IRAP’s visibility, achieve ambitiousimpact, and secure long-term financial resources. They will lead,in partnership, the design and implementation of a comprehensive,clearly-articulated multi-year plan to maintain organizationalhealth in the years to come. The VP will hold a portfolio ofprincipal and major individual and institutional donors, and willbe responsible for personal fundraising performance alongside therest of the development team.&nbsp;
The VP, Development will have primary responsibility forestablishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to grow a$30M annual budget through the solicitation of grassroots tomajor/principal gifts, special events and virtual opportunities,and corporate and foundation support. They will expand anddiversify IRAP’s donor base/pipeline and work closely with otherteam members to secure funding for new initiatives. The VP, Development will directly supervise the highly strategicDevelopment Leadership Team, comprising the Director of IndividualPhilanthropy, Director of Institutional Philanthropy, and theDevelopment Operations team lead, in addition to overseeing andleading the nine Development team professionals. They will also bea member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for helping todevelop a strategic execution plan to achieve organizationalresults.
Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Chief Talent Officer(CTO) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to theorganization’s HR strategies and operations for 600+ Union andManagement staff. The CTO is responsible not only for setting,enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resourcespolicies, procedures, and best practices, but also identifying andimplementing long-range strategic talent management goals. You willwork closely with the Executive Team performing all facets ofHR-related duties partnering with the Chief Financial Officer(CFO), Chief Program Officer of Youth &amp; Community Development,Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Development &amp;Communications Officer (CDCO), as well as senior management staff.&nbsp;This position carries out responsibilities in the followingfunctional and strategic areas: benefits administration, employeerelations, labor relations, training, performance management,onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment,affirmative action and employment law compliance.&nbsp;
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLREQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Masters preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of Human Resource Management experiencerequired&nbsp;</li>
<li>HR Certification preferred</li>
<li>Strategic, Talent Management and/or Business Developmentexperience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of proven and emerging techniques in all aspects ofpersonnel management</li>
<li>Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)</li>

Supervisory Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervises Management-level HR and Payroll staff</li>
<li>Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department and theadministration of human resource programs including, but notlimited to, compensation, benefits and leaves, disciplinarymatters, disputes and investigations, performance &amp; talentmanagement, evaluations, recognition, morale, occupational healthand safety, and training and development</li>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Partners with the Executive Team to develop, implement andcommunicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standardsand government regulations</li>
<li>Maintains the Employee Handbook</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborates with executive leadership to definethe&nbsp;organization's&nbsp;long-term mission and goals;identifies ways to support this mission through talentmanagement</li>
<li>Identifies key performance indicators (KPI’s) forthe&nbsp;organization's&nbsp;human resource and talent managementfunctions and assesses the&nbsp;organization's&nbsp;success andmarket competitiveness based on those metrics</li>
<li>Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation,benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentiveprograms</li>
<li>Oversees benefits administration including claims resolution,change reporting, approval of invoice payment, and communicatingbenefit&nbsp;information to employees</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with employment benefits, insurance, safety,401K, EEOC and other labor laws, regulations, and requirements</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Administers and manages the 401K Plan</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices inemployment law, human resources, compensation and talentmanagement</li>
<li>Drafts and implements the&nbsp;organization's&nbsp;staffingbudget for the department.</li>
<li>Participates in professional development and networkingconferences and events.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Oversees department’s recruitment efforts including the postingof positions, recruitment advertising and other outreachpartnerships</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Handles labor relations matters and coordination of thegrievance process</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitors unemployment claims and assists with appeals onworkers’ compensation claims and coordinates between the employeeand insurance carrier</li>
<li>Responsible for Workers Compensation and 401k Audits</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required and assigned.</li>
