Overview/Purpose:
The Behavior Consultant works within a team of professionals to provide applied behavior analytic assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The Behavior Consultant provides consultation, conducts behavioral evaluations of clients, and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients. The Behavior Analyst educates, observes, assesses, and ensures that the educational activities and service delivery of Behavior Technicians are completed as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Under the supervision of The Director of Behavior Services the Behavior Consultant is responsible for ongoing client program development and oversight including skills acquisition and social skills programs and positive behavior supports and strategies.</li>
<li>Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.</li>
<li>Ensures appropriate behavior data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Conducts regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation for client caseload.</li>
<li>Collaborates with classroom teachers, parents, psychologists, social workers, and other medical and school staff to develop and implement client’s behavior plans and treatment goals.</li>
<li>Completes all progress reports and annual IEP updates as required by stakeholders. </li>
<li>Attends all IEP and team meetings as necessary. </li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Master’s in a related field with a post masters BACB course sequence.</li>
<li>Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania</li>
<li>A Minimum of 3 years of experience working within behavior analysis.</li>
<li>This position also requires a valid drivers’ license as the duties involve traveling on behalf of the company. As such this is a safety sensitive position.</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Must have a current DC License, CDS and DEA (registered in DC) registrations.</li>
<li>Board eligible or board certified in area of specialty.</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting, with deep understanding and knowledge of care for those experiencing homelessness with experience in Medical Respite care strongly preferred</li>
</ul>

Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Financial Analyst – Operations is to provide support for operational reporting and key performance indicators; assist with annual planning, forecasting, and variance analysis; and contribute to ad hoc reporting projects. The role also supports the administration and review of rebates, marketing funds, and related programs, helping to deliver visibility into customer profitability, sales performance, and gross margin insights for operations management. 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning, Reporting &amp; Business Insights: 
<ul>
<li>Assist with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by analyzing income, expenses, and earnings to inform strategic decisions. </li>
<li>Compile and analyze financial, sales, and operational data—including KPIs and working capital—from multiple systems for reporting. </li>
<li>Support the automation and delivery of consolidated monthly reporting with commentary in BI tools, highlighting key variances and insights. </li>
</ul>
Sales Operations and Financial Reporting: 
<ul>
<li>Assist with the reconciliation, reporting, and issuance of monthly rebates in accordance with contractual agreements with external business partners. </li>
<li>Perform daily audits and analysis of sales transactions prior to billing; collaborate with operations teams to verify accuracy and address flagged issues as needed. </li>
<li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales data through pre-billing audits, including initiating billing holds or adjustments when necessary. </li>
<li>Calculate and report sales-based incentive bonuses tied to material performance tiers, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with program guidelines. </li>
</ul>
Other Tasks and Responsibilities:

<li>Partner with management and business segments to enhance systems and processes, expand BI tools for streamlined reporting, and identify opportunities for Finance to better support business needs through projects and ongoing reporting. </li>
