The ideal candidate will play a key role in utilizing their woodworking skills on a variety of custom projects for clients. Lead Craftsman Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Interpret shop drawings to build furniture, cabinets and displays that are accurate and of high-quality construction and finish.</li>
<li>Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements.</li>
<li>Set-up and operate woodworking tools including power saws, edge banders, sanders, router, to cut, mold, or shape wood stock, laminate, or solid surfaces.</li>
<li>Measure dimensions of completed products or workpieces to verify conformance to specifications.</li>
<li>Gather the elements of each product and assemble the final product per design intent.</li>

Lead Craftsman Qualifications:

<li>Ability to read component and final assembly drawings.</li>
<li>Must be able to accurately read and interpret a tape measure or ruler and figure fractions to precise measurements.</li>
<li>Must be able to safely operate shop tools (miter and circular saws, planer, sander, router, drill etc.)</li>
<li>Experience working with a wide range of materials including hardwoods, veneers, particle board, and laminates.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.</li>
<li>Able to communicate clearly, effectively, and courteously in a team-based environment.</li>
<li>Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship.</li>

<li>Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds</li>
<li>Our property managers should be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.</li>
<li>Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.</li>
<li>Transportation: Our employees are required to have a valid driver’s license and utilize their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business. (mileage reimbursement available)&nbsp;</li>
