Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Drive a company vehicle directly from home to job sites in response to routine ticket requests, emergencies, and relocates.</li>
<li>Utilizes the provided mapping tools and other location information, along with locating equipment, to locate underground utilities including, but not limited to: electric and gas utilities telephone and other communication lines.</li>
<li>Indicates utility locations through the utilization of paint, flags, and communicates other relevant information to excavation personnel or other appropriate authorities.</li>
<li>Responds to after-hours emergency call-outs in accordance with the established rotation schedule.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Participate in in-service training programs for other staff in the facility.</li>
<li>Record treatment notes, progress notes, provide objective input for discharge summaries and complete daily billing of services per policy and procedure.</li>
<li>Instruct patient’s families and/or nursing staff in maintenance programs under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.</li>
<li>Participate in discharge planning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.</li>
<li>Achieve or exceed the minimum productivity standard established by CRI.</li>
<li>Recommend any needed equipment to the Occupational Therapist which would facilitate improved delivery of clinical services.</li>
