As the Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.
Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team</li>
<li>Evaluates the patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs. Consults with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care</li>
<li>Observes, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition</li>
<li>Conducts patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests &nbsp;</li>

Responsibilities
Our Customer Sales &amp; Service Representatives are knowledgeable, energetic and consistently deliver the best overall customer experience. To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate and customer obsessed while serving commercial and residential consumers in the green industry.

What you’ll do:

<li>Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers</li>
<li>Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers</li>
<li>Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering</li>
<li>Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery</li>
<li>Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers</li>
<li>Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.</li>
<li>Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus</li>
