RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Conduct inspection of parts and packaging utilizing all standard tools and methodologies</li>
<li>Compare measurement outputs against established design requirements, determines pass/fail, and documents any non-conforming material according to standard practices</li>

<li>Conduct Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) part setup and operation utilizing fixturing and probe calibration</li>

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

<li>High School Diploma required</li>
<li>Associate Degree in related field or certificate from technical school highly preferred.</li>

<li>Minimum 2 years-experience inspecting product in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Liquid Penetrant Level I or Level II Certification / Training to SNT-TC-1A preferred</li>

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements: &nbsp;
This job operates in an automotive shop environment.&nbsp; The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. General Service Technicians must be able to complete the following but not limited to:&nbsp;

<li>Ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to see, and lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance.&nbsp;</li>

Compensation: The yearly salary for this role is $65,000-$72,000. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level.
