Job DescriptionSalary: $18 - 20/Hr DOE 
Boat Cleaning, Detailing, Upkeep, and Maintenance for a Sailing Club Fleet
 
Your responsibilities will include helping with the daily care and operations of our fleet, which includes boat cleaning and maintenance as well as communicating with and providing service for our members and instructors. Based upon your skills, aptitude, and desire to contribute - this position offers great future growth opportunities.
 
We are seeking someone with sailing experience and strong customer service skills to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include helping with the daily care and operations of our sailboat fleetfocusing on cleaning, detailing, general upkeep, and light maintenanceas well as supporting and communicating professionally with our members and instructors. This is a hands-on role with opportunity for growth based on your skills, initiative, and contribution to the team.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
 
<ul>
<li>Sailing experience is highly desired!Familiarity with small to mid-range sailboats, including basic systems (plumbing, electrical, rigging), is a big plus.</li>
<li>Customer service mindset. You'll interact regularly with members and instructorsprofessionalism and friendly communication are essential. </li>
<li>Sailboat detailing experience or ability to learn.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to work weekends.</li>
<li>Be very task and goal oriented and able to work unsupervised at times.</li>
<li>Professionalism and the ability to stay focused on the tasks at hand while working in a dynamic social environment.</li>
<li>Have a strong attention to detail and be very organized.</li>
<li>Motivated to learn, critical thinker, and problem solver.</li>
<li>Reliable and punctual.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs; climb off and on boats; and work out doors in varying conditions as well as work well with your hands and various tools.</li>
