POSITION SUMMARY This position will work closely with the Logistics Supervisor in communicating and maintaining clean, efficient, and detailed operations regarding the goods and products that come to or pass through this facility. <li>Facilitate recycling by overseeing the organization and downloading of all waste materials from mountain lodges</li>

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Food Safety Knowledge - Basic handling and storing procedures familiarity with health department regulations</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of mountain trails, traffic patterns and operations</li>
<li>Safely operate all heavy equipment, including on-snow haul cat in extreme winter conditions</li>
<li>Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, summer heat and winter cold</li>

<li>Responsible for adherence to DOT regulations related to 25 &amp; 33 passenger vans</li>
<li>Responsible for supervision of fleet of 33 &amp; 25 passenger vans and other vehicles used for guest transportation from parking lots to base area</li>
<li>Staff supervision including hiring, discipline and termination</li>
<li>Responsible for safety training of staff</li>
<li>Responsible for guest service within the transportation program</li>
<li>Responsible for interaction with vehicle maintenance</li>
<li>Supervise snow removal and ice build-up prevention around in and around parking lots</li>
<li>Oversee litter control in the vans and parking areas</li>
<li>Problem-solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers</li>
<li>Be a consistent role model for the company's Service Excellence Standards</li>

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

<li>2 years of previous work history/education required</li>
