The Role We Want You For
As Advanced Manufacturing Market Leader you will have overall responsibility for market P&amp;L, strategic market direction, project development, sales campaigns, client relations, organizational development, and contract negotiations. The Specifics of the Role

<li>Own P/L (profit/loss) results for the Market Segment and work directly with CFO on sales projections, project forecasts and Market Segment budgets.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to the project team(s) on how to maintain efficient execution processes within a dynamic and ambiguous environment, with limited information, including documenting and communicating design assumptions internally and with the client.</li>
<li>Work within a matrix environment to communicate and coordinate resource needs.</li>
<li>Establish and develop trusting third party OEM relationships in alignment with the Market Segment</li>
<li>Recruit, Mentor, and develop Design Project Management staff fostering collaboration and proper behavior.</li>
<li>Work closely with senior executives on all complex project and contract negotiations including full-scope EPC services and other Design &amp; Engineering related services.</li>

Requirements

Job Description
Job Title: Field Service Technician - Water Services
Operational Area: General Permian Basin, Travel Required
Reports To: Lead Field Service Specialists
General Responsibility and Function: 
The Water Transfer Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of water transfer systems, including poly pipe, lay flat hose, and underground pipelines, to move water from source locations to frac sites. This role involves physically demanding work performed outdoors in various weather conditions and requires adherence to safety protocols. 
Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Lay out and retrieve poly line and lay flat hose</li>
<li>Operate transfer pumps and essential water transfer equipment</li>
<li>Operate skid steers and assist with hose deployment</li>
<li>Load and unload pipe, equipment, and materials safely</li>
<li>Monitor equipment operations and make necessary adjustments</li>
<li>Set and service pumps and generators on-site</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE</li>
<li>Assist in containment efforts and spill cleanup</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members via signals, radios, or phones</li>
<li>Use standard hand and power tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, hoists)</li>
<li>Drive trucks and vehicles for equipment and personnel transport</li>
<li>Attend and complete safety, DOT, and OSHA-related training</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.

Skills &amp; Competencies:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Willingness to wear and properly use PPE throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).</li>
<li>Team-oriented and dependable</li>
<li>Energy industry experience is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with machinery and tools, including operation and maintenance</li>
<li>Basic understanding of hazardous material handling procedures and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. individually as needed.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a safety-sensitive role is a plus but not required.</li>
