You’ll be part of the team that keeps automation projects moving. At ProAutomated, we don’t install systems, we partner with system integrators and manufacturers to ensure everything works flawlessly when it matters most.

<li>3+ years' experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, or Kubeflow and with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring/logging tools</li>
<li>Experience in the healthcare domain, especially with claims or EHR data, and familiarity with standards like ICD and CPT</li>

Job Description
The Field Service Technician (FSE) will be responsible for supporting Culligan supplied water treatment systems in Northern Virginia and surrounding states. FSE will typically perform start-ups, troubleshooting, repairs, training, seasonal preparations, and routine oversight on Culligan commercial and industrial water treatment systems &amp; equipment.

Responsibilities:

<li>Performs startup and commissioning activities on installed equipment including filtration, electrolysis, mobile and potable water systems</li>
<li>Troubleshoots problems and performs necessary repairs (electrical, mechanical, and controls)</li>
<li>Aids in training customers on equipment maintenance and adjustments</li>
<li>Coordinates water analysis testing to ensure safe system operations</li>
<li>Performs routine maintenance on test equipment, and completes required service/systems paperwork</li>
<li>Supports sales team with site assessments and system installations</li>
<li>Maintains courteous, professional communication with customers regarding product/service satisfaction and leverage up-sell opportunities</li>
<li>Identifies and implements safety protocol, offers continuous improvements, equipment calibrations and reliability opportunities</li>
<li>Maintains and organizes tools, equipment, parts and truck inventory</li>
<li>Responds to all emergency service calls including paid occasional after-hours situations</li>

Target Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 salary a year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan.
