Job Summary
As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting various customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer. You'll build ongoing relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure their draft systems are serviced properly and serve great beer as the brewmaster intended!
Responsibilities and Duties
Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along their assigned routes. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.
Full-time hours with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm but exact start/end times will fluctuate based on assigned route and needs.

Starting Pay

NCE is seeking a dynamic leader who is interested in partnering with our senior team to expand our engineering and design capabilities in the Lake Tahoe basin and Sierra Region. We are looking for an experienced civil or environmental engineer with strong communication skills, a depth of technical engineering experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge and experience designing and constructing water resources, transportation infrastructure, or recreation assets within an alpine environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
As an Engineering Manager, your responsibilities are envisioned to fall into three primary areas:

<li>Leadership – Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team, work with senior colleagues to achieve strategic and business plan goals, and recruit talented professionals</li>
<li>Business Development – Collaboratively work with senior technical leaders and NCE’s business development team to identify and win work, manage clients, and develop scopes and fees</li>
<li>Project Management and Technical Delivery – Manage projects, technical teams, and client expectations. Oversee the development and delivery of design processes, engineering products, and quality control engineering deliverables</li>

You will lead all aspects of NCE’s engineering practice in the Lake Tahoe basin and Sierra Region and collaborate with other engineering managers to implement strategic and business plan goals throughout northern Nevada and California. In this capacity, you will perform and work with a team of engineers, designers, scientists, and planners on a variety of projects. To support you, NCE is committed to providing business development, marketing, and technical staff support as well as oversight and support from Senior leadership. You will be actively involved and partner with others in the firm to pursue business development opportunities and write proposals for new projects continuing the expansion and diversification of our engineering practice.
Our objective will be to expose you to the many facets of our company, including working with NCE staff in our other offices. This may require you to travel occasionally to our offices in Reno, Sacramento, and Richmond. Travel will be minimal. When requested to travel, you will be provided with advanced notice and support when making travel arrangements.
Qualifications (Must Have):

<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, hydrology, or related field</li>
<li>Licensed engineer in the State of California or Nevada or able to obtain registration within six months of being hired</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of work experience, preferably with a consulting practice</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years managing teams of technical professionals in the engineering or related field</li>

Caltex Oil Tools is seeking Offshore Service Technicians with a passion to operate, service, and build electro hydromechanical systems. This position will require travel for up to 40-50%.
Pay is based upon experience. $20.00 - $35.00 an hour plus overtime pay, and additional day rate pay for offsite projects. 
Job Description 
Operate subsea equipment and perform maintenance in both onshore and offshore environments. The Service Technician will travel offshore for varying durations to execute project scopes using subsea equipment. Subsea equipment types range from electro-hydraulic ROV tools, Light Well Intervention Systems, Pipeline Intervention Systems, commissioning hardware and more.
Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and their associated subsystems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment to determine fault and provide resolution to maintain project uptime.
Work with project teams to develop concepts into real world service equipment utilizing hands on experience to drive equipment optimization for service and operational reliability. Interface equipment and project specific hardware onto a vessel/facility and work with ROV to aid in effectively and safely completing offshore projects. Work in a respectful and professional manner with fellow employees, management, and clients.
Qualifications

<li>Knowledge of how to maintain, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and mechanical assemblies</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of offshore service experience, or equivalent</li>
<li>Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience in deep water, subsea, and ROV operations is a plus</li>

Working Conditions
This position is considered offshore and onshore work which is characterized as follows.
