Red Bridge does not group students by grade level, but by Autonomy Level. Each Autonomy Level spans about three years of age difference. The Learning Guide role is that of coach and mentor to students. It is also the role connecting home and school. Teacher/ Preschool/ Pre-K Qualifications and Skills
A teacher must meet the qualifications of the state of South Carolina and the following qualifications:
<ul>
<li>The ability to understand and support the education program using “learning through play” philosophy</li>
<li>The ability to interact closely with children at their level</li>
<li>The ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times</li>
<li>The ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist in toileting (where necessary)</li>
<li>The ability to understand and comply with the franchisee’s employment policies</li>
<li>The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with school personnel, children and parents</li>
<li>The ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies</li>
<li>The ability to comply in all respects with all applicable laws and regulations relating to childcare</li>
</ul>
Teacher/ Preschool/ Pre-K requirements:

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Co-Teacher to join our team! You will be assisting your co-teachers with a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students collective and individual needs. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities

Qualifications

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines</li>
<li>Problem-solving and mediation skills</li>
