Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Ability to create and produce structured training programs and curriculum which aligns with organizational goals using SuccessFactors LMS</li>
<li>Experience configuring and managing learning items, program, curricula within the LMS</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring accurate setup and maintenance of learning items, curricula in SuccessFactors</li>
<li>Ability to work closely with lead instructional designers and subject matter experts and business leads</li>
<li>Responsible for the contribution to instructional design projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met</li>

Education and Experience

<li>Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and curriculum mapping</li>

Qualifications:

The Cybersecurity and Zero Trust Assessment Associatewill support a large DoD health system’s Program Executive Office (PEO) in executing the tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and delivering on the associated contract deliverables. This role will contribute to the coordination and execution of a comprehensive Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Cyber Resilience &amp; Survivability (R&amp;S) assessment across a large Federal agency and its subordinate Project Management Offices (PMOs). The Associate will support stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and analysis of current-state cybersecurity capabilities to identify compliance gaps. The Associate will also support the development of an actionable implementation framework—including gap closure recommendations, ROI analysis, and milestone-based planning—culminating in delivery of all required deliverables in support of improved cyber readiness and alignment with federal government directives.

Responsibilities

Support Zero Trust and Cyber Resilience &amp; Survivability (R&amp;S) assessment efforts for DHMS and its PMOs

Attend stakeholder working groups to identify cyber compliance gaps and remediation options

Contribute to ROI-based roadmaps to inform investment decisions and track compliance milestones

Support the drafting and delivery of contract data requirements lists (CDRLs) for PEO DHMS 
</li>

Translate DoD cybersecurity guidance (e.g., CSEIG, NIST 800-207) into actionable technical and operational plans

<li>
Document functional requirements, traceability matrices, and process maps 
</li>

Coordinate across interdisciplinary teams including engineering, acquisition, and cybersecurity operations

Knowledge and Skills Required

Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and DoD cyber compliance frameworks
