Dynamic Educator for a 5th Grade Student — Teach Play Learn (Napa, CA)

We’re Hiring for an Immediate Opening:
- Seeking an energetic, engaging, and experienced educator who is comfortable tutoring all subjects, with a concentration in math teaching at the middle school level
- Tutoring sessions will be held in-person for two to three hours each evening, Monday through Thursday, with one additional session on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) for a 5th-grade student
- Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with families and teams
- Experience helping students with executive functioning skill development, including assistance with homework, studying, and test preparation
- Deep knowledge of upper elementary and middle school content and curriculum
- In-person tutoring sessions only
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Clean record and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy (for online communication, scheduling, and reporting)
- Classroom or tutoring experience
- Preferred: Specialty in upper elementary through middle school math education
