<li>Assist in providing assigned students with job coaching related duties both on and off campus</li>
<li>Assist the Pre-Vocational Instructor with maintaining accurate and current student records;</li>
<li>Accept feedback from supervisors, colleagues, and other staff and foster a safe and respectful environment for dialogue and disagreement.</li>
<li>Abide by mandates regarding confidentiality and ethics as per federal, state and agency policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Attend all staff meetings, and mandatory in-service trainings as required by state licensing and/or Crystal Springs.</li>
<li>Cooperate and participate in internal investigations.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by supervisors.</li>

<li>Understanding of client confidentiality regulation and protocols (HIPAA/FERPA).</li>
<li>Ability to understand and adhere to licensing regulations. Knowledge of policies and procedure for reporting suspected child abuse &amp; neglect.</li>
<li>Knowledge of common functional work computer skills.</li>
</ul>
 Working Conditions: 
<ul>
<li>Duties are performed indoors and outdoors accompanying residents to various activities, events and appointments;</li>
<li>Some duties performed in a rehabilitation pool.</li>
</ul>
