Required Qualifications

Experience: Demonstrated experience working with students with significant intellectual and/or multiple disabilities.
</li>
<li>
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain student progress and instructional strategies to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Support the supervision and daily classroom operations for a group of preschool-aged children</li>
<li>Assist in implementing lesson plans and classroom schedules aligned with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum</li>
<li>Foster a positive, well-managed classroom environment that supports learning and independence</li>
<li>Observe and support childrens developmental progress</li>
<li>Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and Leadership Team</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Must meet Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) requirements for employment in a licensed early childhood education program</li>
<li>PDIS Level 1, CDA, EQUIT, Pyramid Plus,</li>
<li>Previous experience in a licensed early childhood education, daycare center, preschool, aftercare, or public education setting</li>
<li>Knowledge of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds in connection with child care and safety needs</li>
