Minimum Qualifications:

JOB PURPOSE
The Technical Training and Development Manager is responsible for the training and development of the X-ray service team. The position is responsible for developing, conducting, and maintaining individual competency and skill assessments. The role is required to build &amp; maintain training programs to achieve these goals and to deliver such programs both in house and in the field. 
LOCATION
Maple Grove, MN (Up to 50% travel)

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Will include, but not limited to the following:

<li>As needed develop and maintain technical knowledge of the X-ray product line. </li>
<li>Develop and lead training programs for the service team. </li>
<li>Develop and maintain associated documentation for training programs. </li>
<li>Train, assess &amp; certify as appropriate new field service team members.</li>
<li>Train in all associated hardware, software and administrative responsibilities such as technical reporting and time keeping. </li>
</ul>
ANCILLARY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Maintain records and issue certificates for service team training. </li>
<li>Provide technical support for new techs. </li>
<li>Responsible for development and maintenance of preventative maintenance checklists</li>
<li>Develop basic fault-finding guides for the field service team. </li>
<li>Provide technical support through Nikons ticketing system when necessary. </li>
<li>In-field and in-house Service responsibilities. </li>
<li>All other duties as needed.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS 
ESSENTIAL
<ul>
<li>Associates in a technical field. </li>
<li>4 Years+ of technical experience. </li>
<li>Experience with basic MS Office applications such as Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint. </li>
</ul>
 DESIRABLE
<ul>
<li>Previous technical training experience.</li>
<li>Previous experience on X-ray systems or similar. </li>
<li>Experience with Volume Graphics Software or similar.</li>
<li>Ability to speak Spanish</li>
</ul>
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
<ul>
<li>Good overall understanding of the project workflows.</li>
<li>Engineering background with knowledge of various hardware and software products.</li>
<li>Strong technical interest combined with common business sense.</li>
