Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 Oversee Instructional Design Activities: Lead the end-to-end instructional design process, ensuring that all training materials are grounded in adult learning theory and aligned with Metros requirements and technical competencies.
 Ensure Alignment with Learning Objectives: Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define clear, measurable learning objectives and ensure all instructional content supports desired performance outcomes.
 Manage Project Timelines and Milestones: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress against key milestones, and address risks or delays to ensure timely delivery of training products.

 Proficiency in ADDIE methodology
 Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional technologies
 Proficiency in Adobe Captivate (Classic and/or New version)
 Experience with technical training programs
 Knowledge and experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2
 Experience holding working sessions with executives and senior leadership

Position Overview:

The Duties and Responsibilities:
Game Facilitation

<li>Observe customers in the gaming area and provide an explanation, if necessary</li>

The Qualifications:
