The Regional Master Trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality training programs for staff within their region. Regional Master Trainers act as the immediate supervisor to Regional Training Coordinators. As well as the training support specialist for BCBAs in their region. Regional Master Trainers are expected to travel to the training sites within their region on a regular basis.

POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
The following are duties and responsibilities that the Regional Master Trainer shall provide: 
· Monitoring best practice standards, needs of the organization, and current research to ensure training remains first in class.
· Conducting Safety Care trainings.
· Creates, teaches, and maintains training curriculum for team members at ABA Centers of America.
· Assesses results of current training procedures at ABA Centers of America.
· Creates and develops new training curriculum alongside the Director of Training and Development.
· Conducts meetings and trainings with ABA Centers of America sites within their region.
· Supervise the administration of the ABA Centers of America 40-hour RBT training.
· Review region-specific data, recommend and develop targeting trainings meeting a specific need. 
· Observes and evaluate training curriculum in the field to assess the efficacy.
· Evaluate employees’ performance and develop plans to develop skills and to achieve career advancement.
· Communicates with employees on a 1:1 basis to assess motivation, goals and to guide toward a path of advancement.
· Evaluates development plan for team members, progress for graduate students and team members who would like to enter graduate school.
· Travels to sites in assigned regions on a regular basis.
Requirements
The Regional Master Trainer requires the following:
· Master’s degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years’ experience post BCBA certification
· Minimum 4 years in a role providing competency-based training
· Ability to pass a background and drug screen
· Willingness to sign company NDA
· Exemplary interpersonal skills. Must be able to work collaboratively and positively with a variety of clinical staff
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Positive, solution-based collaboration with the team

Job Description 
The National Training Manager for the Neuroscience Parkinson's Franchise will be instrumental in developing and leading training initiatives to support the commercial organization. This role requires a candidate with strong clinical aptitude and executive presence, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines. The individual should be comfortable operating amidst ambiguity but consistently perform at a high level of execution, grounded in strategic insight. Regular communication with senior leadership and internal partners demands a high degree of emotional intelligence, organizational awareness, and adeptness in navigating internal processes to achieve targeted impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain expert knowledge in relevant disease states, products, and therapeutic areas.</li>
<li>Develop and implement training programs and initiatives with minimal oversight.</li>
<li>Design and update curriculum to address the needs of the commercial organization.</li>
<li>Collaborate with departments to ensure that training materials are accurate and compliant.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships throughout content development and contract execution.</li>
<li>Perform project management duties during the training content creation process.</li>
<li>Organize training meetings, covering all aspects from planning to participant engagement.</li>
<li>Partner with marketing and sales teams to align training materials with brand goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective, timely, and innovative training.</li>
<li>Work with external partners to ensure delivery of best-in-class training solutions.</li>
<li>Build trust and credibility with business partners through consistent, proven partnerships.</li>
<li>Serve as a resource during sales meetings and through regular field engagement.</li>
<li>Lead training sessions at national sales meetings and other pivotal events.</li>
<li>Continuously develop facilitation skills to support the delivery of training content.</li>
<li>Assess ongoing organizational training needs and suggest innovations for clinical and developmental competencies.</li>
</ul>
Key Stakeholders:
<ul>
<li>Train Franchise Leadership &amp; Marketers/ Global pipeline, Market Access &amp; MSL Team &amp; Senior Brand Technology colleagues, Train New Directors of Marketing, RD’s to existing pipeline</li>
<li>Partner with marketing, sales leadership, Medical/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance, and other departments, as needed, to create and implement specific training material.</li>
<li>Continuously assess training and development needs of the sales force and coordinate training resources for current and future needs.</li>
<li>Draws from field sales knowledge and develops and nourishes relationships with field sales to provide sales training and marketing leadership with a clear understanding of field needs to support product positioning, address competitive promotional efforts, and to assess the success of the various communication tools.</li>
<li>Assist, execute and pull-through the Franchise Annual Training Plan, with stakeholders and adjusted based on business needs.</li>
<li>Contributes to stakeholder strategic imperatives and strategy (i.e. IBT Meetings, operations excellence meetings etc.)</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>BA degree or higher is required and minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical, medical device/equipment, industry-related sales</li>
<li>Preferred experience in training, marketing, or sales within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.</li>
<li>Preferred knowledge of relevant disease state and selling in that environment</li>
<li>Experience with pathology and companion diagnostics is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with adult learning principles and training design is preferred.</li>
<li>Exceptional collaboration skills with stakeholders at various organizational levels.</li>
<li>High professionalism and the ability to excel in a cross-functional environment.</li>
<li>Strong ability to work effectively in an unstructured setting.</li>
<li>Strategic insight to prioritize important initiatives effectively.</li>
<li>Excellent presentation &amp; communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
