This role focuses on developing and implementing high-quality civic education tools, training programs, and partnerships that prioritize equity and inclusion, particularly for historically marginalized communities. The Coordinator collaborates with state and local Leagues, external partners, and internal teams to deliver impactful programming and resources that strengthen youth civic participation nationwide.
 
This position reports to the Program Manager, Voter Engagement.
 
Note: This position is grant-funded, with the grant renewable in October 2027.
 
The annual salary for this position is $65,000.
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Curriculum &amp; Resource Development: Design and update K–12 civic education curricula, training materials, and resources for state and local Leagues, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance.
· Training &amp; Capacity Building: Develop and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to support League adoption and effective use of youth civic learning tools.
