Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, cafeteria, and common spaces.</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces daily to maintain hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.</li>
<li>Refill soap, paper towels, and sanitizer dispensers as needed.</li>
<li>Perform minor maintenance tasks and promptly report major repairs or safety concerns.</li>
<li>Support set-up and tear-down for school events, assemblies, and meetings.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure all doors are locked, all lights are turned off, and the building is secured as directed.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and cleaning schedules to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or school leadership.</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a custodian, janitor, or similar role (school or public facility preferred).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.</li>
<li>Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and prolonged standing.</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.</li>
<li>Must pass a background check in compliance with Alabama state law.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>

Job DescriptionAs a Support Teacher at Primrose School of West Carrollton located at 4028 Nazarene Dr. Carrollton TX, 75010 you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them. The hours for this position are 2:00pm-6:00pm Monday Through Friday. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teacher to plan and implement an ongoing program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child, in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning. Primrose West Carrollton is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational childcare experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age. Primary Responsibilities:

 Desired skills and experience:

<li>Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.</li>
