What You Bring

What This Job Looks Like
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be the front line of support and success for our clients. Youll manage relationships, optimize performance, and ensure our investors are equipped with the insights and results they need to succeed. Youll balance communication, campaign management, and technical fixes, all while growing your skills and impact.
 
Your Day-to-Day Includes

<li>Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients</li>
<li>Run monthly strategy and reporting calls to review results and set goals</li>
<li>Own client onboarding, expectation setting, and ongoing relationship success</li>
<li>Monitor support emails and promptly resolve account issues</li>
<li>Audit accounts, troubleshoot problems, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly</li>
<li>Make landing page edits, block IPs, and fix key issues for account managers</li>
<li>Set up and split-test campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads</li>
<li>Extract and present the story from performance data in clear, actionable terms</li>
<li>Communicate proactively to prevent issues, not just react to them </li>
