Pipeline Development
- Identify, pursue, and close new mid-market and enterprise clients across IT hardware, software, managed services, and professional services.
- Leverage your existing client base and professional network to accelerate growth.
- Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline through outreach, renewals, and referrals.
Client Engagement
- Conduct in-person meetings and executive-level presentations that communicate business value and outcomes.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from discovery to proposal to close whilemaintainingaccurateCRM documentation (ConnectWise).
- Represent CR-T at partner events, industry conferences, and client engagements to expand market presence.
Solution Expertise
- Deliver consultative, business-focused solutions that align with client goals and CR-Ts core offerings.
- Partner with engineers and solution architects to craft and present tailored strategies.
- Stay ahead of evolving technology trends to position CR-T as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Account Growth
- Expand client relationships through strategic cross-sell and up-sellinitiatives.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention by delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B technical sales or IT consulting experience, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, or managed services.
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition within mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree preferred; vendor certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, etc.)a plus.
