<li>Operate all types of fire operation and rescue equipment including portable fire extinguishers, pike poles, hand lines, smoke ejectors, salvage covers, forcible entry tools, aerial ladder equipment and emergency medical equipment.</li>

<li>Perform search and rescue of individuals in hazardous environments including collapsed buildings, auto accidents, hazardous material spills and confined spaces.</li>

The Assistant Community Manager fully supports the Community Manager in all functions and is actively training for promotion into the Community Manager role. This role is significantly involved with daily on-site accounting functions, resident interactions, as well as leasing.
Key Responsibilities
