DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
<ul>
<li>Assess client performance in specific skill areas and develop / implement written goals and objectives in these areas.</li>
<li>Integrate adaptation into classes to maximize client participation.</li>
<li>Maintain timely, accurate and organized records of client daily progress and analyze data for performance outcomes.</li>
<li>Maintain communication with the service coordinator and/or site manager on regular basis regarding client issues or concerns.</li>
<li>Provide appropriate assistance with personal cares for clients such as toileting, feeding, dressing, transporting on and off the bus.</li>
<li>Coordinate supplemental activities in the adult program (i.e. guest speakers, music activities, community outings, large group activities, gardening, etc.).</li>
<li>Participate in activity planning related to class goals.</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding of new Adult Program employees.</li>
<li>Plan and implement community outings for specific instructional areas as directed.</li>
<li>Attend client Individual Program Plan, committee, and staff meetings as required.</li>
<li>Participate in program change and development.</li>
<li>Attend ongoing in-service and continuing education training.</li>
<li>Prepare to assume responsibilities as assigned by the Site Manager.</li>

We currently have an opportunity as a Part-Time Bilingual Spanish/English Member Service Rep at our Neenah Location:

<li>Starting Pay: Minimum of $18.50</li>
<li>Location: 934 S Green Bay Rd, Neenah, WI 54956</li>
<li>Position type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)</li>
<li>Additional Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for bilingual skills upon successful completion of a Language Proficiency test</li>
<li>Weekend Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked on weekends, stackable with bilingual differential</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Standard benefits for this 20hr/week role include 401(k) Retirement with 5% matching contributions from Prospera Credit Union.
As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
<ul>
<li>Providing professional, friendly and personalized member service during each interaction.</li>
<li>Act as the face of the organization and one of the first points of contact for our members</li>
<li>Accurately processing a variety of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.).</li>
<li>Creating conversations with members to help identify their needs</li>
<li>Providing information and education about various products and services</li>
<li>Making appropriate referrals, suggestions and referrals to other team members who specialize in different areas such as loans, investments, mortgages, etc.</li>
</ul>
