Position will ensure service levels as outlined in the company strategic plans within the shipping, receiving and replenishing departments. The position is responsible for daily operations, process improvement and staff development.

3rd shift hours are Sun-Thurs, Sat 10:00PM-6:00AM

What You’ll Do:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Prioritize and direct daily work assignments of department staff. Create and maintain weekly employee schedules</li>
<li>Review daily hours to ensure accurate costs for the Department&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update schedule on a daily basis for accurate tracking of employees</li>
<li>Is proactive in maintaining communication with the rest of the departments in the F.C. to ensure proper staffing to support order volume</li>
<li>Spend a majority of the shift monitoring the floor and helping with workflow, answering questions, and ensuring high morale in the department</li>
<li>Ensure effective hiring and training of employees</li>
<li>Ensure department staff follows company policies:&nbsp;</li>
<li>Safety&nbsp;</li>
<li>Housekeeping&nbsp;</li>
<li>Attendance and break schedules&nbsp;</li>
<li>Special assignments as requested by FC Supervisor, F.C. Manager.&nbsp;All policies as outlined in employee handbook&nbsp;</li>
<li>Meet quarterly goals created by FC Manager</li>
<li>Occasionally use equiment(lifts, pickers, etc) as needed to maintain service levels</li>
<li>Write and deliver yearly performance reviews for direct hourly reports</li>
<li>Assure that all actions taken with regard to direct reports are in accordance with established company policies</li>

What&nbsp;We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma&nbsp;</li>
<li>Equivalent work experience would be considered&nbsp;</li>
<li>1+ year of experience as a lead/supervisor of a mid-size to large size distribution/fulfillment center. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Direct-to-consumer&nbsp;fulfillment experience a plus&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication&nbsp;</li>
<li>Sense of urgency in accomplishing objectives </li>
<li>Exceptional leadership ability </li>
<li>Adept problem-solver and analytical thinker </li>
<li>Proven coaching and mentoring skills </li>
<li>Spreadsheet and word processing proficiency&nbsp;</li>
<li>Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship </li>
</ul>
Physical Environment&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Standing or walking for up to twelve hours a day</li>
<li>Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds</li>
<li>Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions</li>
<li>Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations. </li>
<li>Moderate warehouse noise level</li>
<li>Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds</li>
<li>Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments)</li>
<li>Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees</li>

Compensation Range: $21.50/hr
SATURDAY &amp; SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional $3.00/hr from September 15th through December 21st. PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM:&nbsp; An additional $1.00/hr from November 24th through December 21st.2nd shift premium of $1/hour (Nov 24th - Dec 21st) 3rd shift premium of $2/hour (Nov 24th - Dec 21st)&nbsp;
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
