Essential Responsibilities:
Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. Under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the parts outbound and inbound inventory duties and functions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Duties include directing and administering the organization’s warehouse management systems, policies, procedures, and initiatives. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Parts and Inbound Inventory:
· Responsible for the daily operation of the parts and inbound inventory functions and task assignment
· Responsible for the accuracy of inventory.
· Oversee the receiving process and put away of merchandise and keep accurate documentation
· Label and verify each inbound shipment and check all items for accuracy and in a timely matter
· Notify manager when discrepancies occur, over-shipments or substitutions have been made
· Follow the goals, objectives and procedures set by the company to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency in improving the operations
· Train and mentor associates
· Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking
 
Maintain Work Practices:
· Maintain work environment to 5S standards
· Punctual: begins work on time and returns from lunch and breaks on time 
· All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately 
· Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers
 
Marginal Job Functions:

Requirements:
 
Education:
· High school degree or equivalent required
 
Experience:
· 3 – 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment 
 
Other Requirements:
· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· SAP experience strongly desired 
· FedEx and UPS shipping experience preferred

We are currently accepting resumes for a Part-Time After School FLOAT Classroom Assistant to assist at any 3 of our campuses (ages range from 3 months - 12 years) . This role will function as an on-staff substitute who will be trained in all ages to assist Lead Teachers in our classrooms. We are pre-approved by Dane County to continue to expand our campus as our dedicated team and enrollment increases. We are a nature based Montessori program nestled on 15 acres on the far east-side of Madison. Over the next two years we are expecting to open additional Nido classrooms for ages 3 months to 18 months old and an Erdkinder Classroom serving Middle School Students ages 12-15 years old. School-wide Part-Time After School FLOAT Assistant: ($15.00-$20.00 per hour. Approximately 10-15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-5:00pm ) Duties This is an assistant position that requires at least 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting working with children ages 0-12y years old. Must have, or be able to ob a Registry Certificate, current CPR certification, SIDS, SBS and completed coursework in child development. Duties include direct care of children and classroom cleaning including: assisting children as they are dropped off or picked up from school, preparing and assisting with lunch, snack and activities, and cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, toys, and dishes, used by children. This position will interact directly with children3 to 5 hours a day. This requires the physical ability to lift and carry children, as well as working on the floor, or at eye level with children.
