The contractor shall ensure Reserve Component Transition Assistance Advisor services and activities are in accordance with Department of Defense Instruction 1332.35, Directive-Type Memorandum 12-007, in accordance with Public Law (P.L.) 112- 239 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2013, Sec 513; Title X, United States Code, Chapter 58, sub-sections 1142, 1143, 1144(a), 1144(b), and 1148, as well as Department of Defense (DOD) Directive 1332.36, and all Reserve Component Transition related service publications and sites listed in section 2 of the PWS.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>CTR will provide TAA services to all eligible Reserve Component Members, their family members and Veterans. An Assistant Manager in our Property Management department is responsible for supervising day to day operations of maintenance staff at assigned property.

Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintenance and cleaning of grounds, common areas and recreation facilities</li>
<li>Sanitizing common areas, high touch points, pool area, and etc. to county regulations</li>
<li>Vacuuming, shampooing of carpets; cleaning/waxing of floors; trash removal; stocking and maintaining supply rooms and other cleaning duties</li>
<li>During summer season will help in landscaping (pulling weeds, mulching, moving rocks, mowing, planting, and etc.)&nbsp;&nbsp;During winter season will help with snow removal (shoveling, chipping ice, snow blowing)</li>
<li>Walk properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are being met – staff checklists should be used.&nbsp;&nbsp;Report all maintenance problems to an area manager</li>
<li>Respond to work orders assigned in IQTrac /owner inquiries/Guest Service calls/etc, troubleshoot and apply situational evaluation before calling service department/contractor.</li>
<li>Overseeing timesheets and payroll for hourly employees.</li>
<li>Communicate with homeowners and HOA members as directed by Property Manager(s).&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize and direct staff on projects as assigned by Property Manager(s).</li>
<li>Assist daily in supervising building and area upkeep.</li>
<li>Training and motivation of staff, hourly staff scheduling.</li>
<li>Billables / timesheets, staffing adjustments to manage within budget.</li>
<li>Maintaining proper supply levels and storing appropriately (organized). Notifying the proper person when supplies are low or broken.</li>
<li>Review safety topics</li>
<li>Audit key security and adherence to established procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties as assigned.</li>

Job Requirements: 
Required:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years previous management experience, preferably in Property Management</li>
<li>Understanding of daily association operations including scheduling, payroll, and project management&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>MS Office proficient</li>
<li>Excellent organizational/time management skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid US Driver License, preferred</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent, preferred</li>
<li>A flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, early mornings, evenings, etc., required</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for long periods of time in excess of six hours without sitting, required</li>
<li>Be able to work independently outside in all types of weather</li>
<li>Must be able to use cleaning chemicals, small engine machines, and basic hand tools</li>
<li>Flexible schedule, including nights weekends and holidays</li>
</ul>

The expected pay range is&nbsp;$25.00/hr - $29.55/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Description:
Provide critical soft tissue therapy services to enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As an LMT in the CRAFT program, you will work closely with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care to enhance pilot readiness. The LMT utilizes best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and adherence to DoD policy.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.</li>
<li>Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.</li>
<li>Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards. </li>
<li>Other related duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high-performance environment.</li>
<li>State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur.</li>
<li>Current CPR and AED certification.</li>
<li>Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
