EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

<li>Landscaping Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is preferred. Candidates with experience in mowing, trimming, and general yard maintenance will be better prepared to meet job demands.</li>
<li>Equipment Operation: Experience with the operation and basic maintenance of landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Seasonal Maintenance: Experience with seasonal landscape cleanups, including leaf removal and preparation for seasonal transitions, is beneficial.</li>
<li>Physical Labor: Prior experience in roles requiring physical labor, especially outdoors, can demonstrate the candidate's ability to handle the physical demands of the job.</li>
<li>Teamwork: Experience working as part of a team, following directions from a supervisor, and collaborating effectively with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.</li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Capability to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.</li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.</li>
