We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations team members who work on location for each of our projects. We are looking for a Construction Quality Control Manager candidate to join our Field Operations team. Project assignment is located at Naval Base King's Bay, GA, an active military base. 
QC Managers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements, completing administrative documentation on time, and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client, all in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Local candidates will be given preference depending on the location of the project, though relocation or travel to on-site management will be required for the QC Manager position. The QC Manager position must work on-site.
Pay: $110K-145k per year, depending on experience

Ideal Candidates will have the following experience:

<li>A BA/BS degree in Industrial/Construction/Electrical/ Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is the minimum formal education preferred for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.</li>
<li>Ten or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer required, as well as two years' experience as a QC Manager required.</li>
<li>A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate is required and RMS/QCS training is preferred (training is available).</li>
<li>Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired.</li>
<li>LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred.</li>
<li>Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required. Training can be provided.</li>
<li>Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.</li>
<li>Specific software literacy (Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS) preferred.</li>

We are open to candidates throughout the region of TX, OK, LA and NM. Schedule is 2-4 weeks on / 1-2 weeks off.
Responsibilities

<li>Responsible for the safe and accurate set up of rig and all equipment.</li>
<li>Operate drilling rig and associated equipment to drill commercial and industrial water wells, install well heads, well screen, casing, gravel pack and cement grout, and other well fixtures.</li>

<li>Clean and disinfect water wells in preparation for use.</li>

We're seeking a Site Superintendent who shares our commitment to quality, detail, and relationships. This role is for a field-first, solutions-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and brings the same level of care to subcontractors and jobsite cleanliness as they do to millwork and marble.

Your Impact: What You'll Own

Full site management of ground-up luxury residential projects from mobilization through final walk-through and handoff.

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to the schedule.
</li>
<li>
Lead and coordinate all trades, vendors, site personnel, and inspections - managing the tempo and tone of the project.
</li>
<li>
Act as an on-site representative for TriCrest, ensuring clear communication and high service standards for clients, architects, and designers.
</li>
<li>
Partner with the Project Manager on budgets, delivery timelines, subcontractor payments, and change management.
</li>
<li>
Research, vet, and recommend new vendors, materials, or installation methods aligned with evolving luxury trends and performance standards.
</li>
<li>
Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on-site.
</li>
</ul>
What You Bring to the Table
<ul>
<li>
5+ years of experience managing high-end, ground-up custom residential construction.
</li>
<li>
Proven leadership in the field - you set expectations, follow up consistently, and elevate every trade.
</li>
<li>
Familiarity with construction schedules, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and mobile communication tools.
</li>
<li>
Deep knowledge of residential building systems, sequencing, permitting processes, and high-end finishes.
</li>
<li>
Experience working directly with clients, architects, and consultants on complex, design-driven builds.
</li>
<li>
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; clean driving record required.
</li>
