The Project Manager (PM) will serve as a main point of contact and corporate representative for all project stakeholders, including Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors. Responsibilities / Essential Functions

<li>Involvement and support throughout the proposal and preconstruction processes. </li>
<li>Work closely with estimating and purchasing during the procurement/buy-out phase of the project. </li>
<li>Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates, as necessary. </li>
<li>Review and management of project team and staffing requirements. </li>
<li>Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) project and subcontractor meetings; manage preparation and distribution of meeting minutes. </li>
<li>Continuously coordinate with field staff (General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Safety Manager, etc.) on project goals, budget and schedule. </li>
<li>Overall management of project financials, including cost reporting, monthly requisitions, review and approval of invoices, ensure timely completion, management of the requisition process to maintain cash flow throughout the project and address/communicate issues proactively and promptly. </li>
<li>Budget forecasting. </li>
<li>Change Management (including negotiation of disputes as necessary). </li>
<li>Represent Consigli with Owner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors. </li>
<li>Main point of contact for Owner communication and reporting. </li>
<li>Mentor staff: manage multiple team members on large complex or multiple projects. </li>
<li>Provide evaluation(s) of team members on performance and identify training needs. Conduct training and development of others. </li>
<li>Provide oversight and management of project controls including RFIs, submittals and material delivery tracking with support from APM and PE. </li>
<li>Oversight of Material Delivery tracking and reporting. </li>
<li>Oversight of meeting agenda, the development of minutes and reporting. </li>
<li>Maintain close relations with subcontractors, including early notification of submittal &amp; material delivery schedule expectations. </li>
<li>Assist the Project Superintendent and other team members in the resolution of all critical issues with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule. Provide documentation as necessary. </li>
<li>Monitor executed subcontracts and insurance certificates; verify contracts and insurance are in place prior to commencing work. </li>
<li>Work closely with Project Scheduler to update and distribute project master schedule with input from Superintendent and project teams. </li>
<li>Complete and implement project closeout checklist. </li>
<li>Manage the timely close out documentation process for assembly and submission to the Design Team and Owner. </li>
<li>Provide oversight and coordination of the work; manage issuance and completion of punch list to Subcontractors; drive project to completion. </li>
<li>Observations and Field Reports: work with project team to conduct field walks as necessary and compile any corresponding documentation accordingly. Review Design Team field reports and work with required parties to resolve open items and drive resolution. </li>
<li>Perform regular safety walks with field and safety staff and record observations. </li>
<li>Assist in preparation and present at interviews for project pursuits. </li>
<li>Take lead in the development and management of optimal project profit opportunities including self-perform trades. </li>

Construction Technician Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide labor and mechanical support to remediation crew</li>
<li>Installation of safety support zone equipment and signage</li>
<li>Installation of erosion and sediment control materials</li>
<li>Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed</li>
<li>Communicate with superintendent and lead technicians
<ul>
<li>Provide attentive support to crew with openness to learn new skills and technologies</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.</li>
<li>Construction, Environmental Construction / Remediation, Drilling, and or other applicable experience.</li>
<li>The following years of experience:
<ul>
<li>Technician: 0-3+ years of construction experience or laboring with preference for specialized equipment use.</li>
<li>Foreman: 7+ years of construction site management experience and specialized equipment use.</li>
<li>Superintendent: 10+ years of construction site management experience and specialized equipment use as well as experience with Health &amp; Safety program implementation and client-facing communication.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Additional desired areas of experience for Construction Technician, Foreman, and Superintendent includes:
<ul>
<li>Safety compliance and proactive mindset</li>
<li>Successful leadership of previous project work</li>
<li>Change order and documentation management experience</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>TWIC card holder preferred.</li>
<li>The following safety training is preferred, but not mandatory. [Summit will provide additional training, as necessary.]
<ul>
<li>40 Hour HAZWOPER training.</li>
<li>Competent Person Safety Training</li>
<li>8-Hour Supervisory Training</li>
<li>30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training</li>
<li>First Aid and CPR</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Heavy equipment operation experience is preferred for Foreman and Superintendent positions. Operators, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Senior Heavy Equipment Operator candidates should also inquire with the hiring team. 
Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment This role may require lifting up to 50 pounds where mechanical means are not available, extended standing or walking on project sites, climbing in and out of equipment, and working in confined spaces or at heights. Work conditions and demands may vary, with controlled interaction with heavy machinery, chemicals, dust, fumes, noise, and extreme weather. Proper PPE, including protective eyewear, gloves, a hard hat, and steel-toed boots, is provided. Effective communication, tool use, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
