Core Responsibilities

<li>Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.</li>
<li>Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.</li>

Job Summary
Summary: The HVAC Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to the facilities engineering and maintenance functions and is assigned to work for a Supervisor, Foreman, and/or Master Mechanic on a regular basis.

This is a position for a seasoned HVAC technician who will be responsible for executing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance at multiple locations as well as coordinating with points of contact with the customer for access to the facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Maintain inventory of parts and supplies of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment</li>
<li>Design an effective preventive maintenance program to ensure maintenance of equipment is scheduled and carried out regularly as at when due</li>

<li>Ensure proper air circulation on the air handler by balancing airflow</li>
