Qualification:

<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management focusing on civil construction – earthwork, drainage, water, sewer, forcemain and roadwork..</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, but all experienced candidates will be considered.</li>

Responsibilities:

o&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all subcontractors/material suppliers have the most current plans they are building to.
o&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all documents are stored in the proper folders on the shared drive.

o&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with Estimating Department on bidding/selection of vendors.

o&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide vendor/scope information to procurement department to issue Purchase Orders or Subcontract Agreements.
o&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide contact information for all vendors(in the form of the project contact list) to all field superintendents.

The Big Task: Apprentice Install Plumbers here at Thornton &amp; Grooms is tasked with providing top level service and installation of all residential plumbing fixtures and repairs while adhering to all local plumbing safety codes, quality standards, workmanship, and proper operation of the equipment. &nbsp;

Key Tasks: &nbsp; As an Apprentice you may be cross trained on the following: &nbsp;

<li>Jetting -high-pressure water used to cut tree roots and debris from inside the drain &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liners-creates a pipe inside of a pipe to fix fractures and breaks (in place of a full excavation) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coatings-resin fixing the pipe from the inside &nbsp;</li>
<li>Floor Breaks-jackhammer existing concrete to expose the defective underground pipe and make repairs, pouring back concrete &nbsp;</li>
<li>Final Fixture and Equipment Install-larger job that takes two or more people (tankless install, re-pipes, water filtration, backup sump pump, stacks, larger water heaters or doubles) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Excavation- moving earth with large machinery to expose pipe and repair or replace, replacing earth-only up to 10 feet anything more is subcontracted out to one of two companies we specifically work with &nbsp;</li>
<li>Apprentices will work around loud noises such as air compressors, tools, jackhammers, and other equipment &nbsp;</li>
<li>Willingness to work in an environment with things such as dirt, gravel, mud, and dust &nbsp;</li>
<li>This role will have exposure to confined spaces, including and not limited to crawl spaces, attics, and basements &nbsp;</li>

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Welder to work on customized projects for a variety of esteemed clients, including NASA and Boeing, as well as government-funded projects. Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of underground utility installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.

In-depth knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

<li>
Strong understanding of OSHA and trench safety regulations.

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.

Job Details
 Field General Foreman must be motivated, willing to lead and instruct others and be participatory in a team environment. This position requires routine interaction and communication between managers, clients, suppliers, and team members. Essential Job Functions:

<li> Plans and supervises activities including determining the method of construction, sequencing, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, and work schedule</li>
<li> Trains and manages other field staff</li>
<li> Through assigned Foremen, manages the day-to-day activities of the construction operation</li>
<li> In conjunction with the Project Manager, creates and maintains project schedule; plans monitor, and reviews critical path dates and milestone schedules</li>
<li> Communicates site problems, conflicts, schedules, and quality issues effectively to the Project Manager and owner</li>
<li> Resolves field construction problems</li>
<li> Maintains open communication between all subcontractors to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc. support project activities and project schedule</li>
<li> Monitors field staff &amp; subcontractor compliance with project safety program requirements; ensures that weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks are completed; ensures that corrective measures are implemented</li>
<li> Assists the Safety Department in performing incident and/or accident investigations and follow-up</li>
<li> Understands all subcontractors’ scopes; assures subcontractors maintain schedules, and quality standards to meet contract requirements</li>
<li> Assists the Project Manager with subcontractor disputes, quality control, and schedule coordination</li>
<li> Works with the Project Manager and owner’s representatives to ensure work complies with drawings and specifications</li>
<li> Supports the Project Manager in the negotiation of claims and changes</li>
<li> Provides input to Project Manager regarding cost and schedule forecasts</li>
<li> Assists the Project Manager with Change Order review</li>
<li> Performs project close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner</li>
<li> Mentors Project Associates assigned to the project</li>

 Position Requirements:

<li> A minimum of three years experience on construction projects in a Healthcare Foreman </li>
<li> Ability to read and interpret construction documents</li>
<li> Effective communication skills</li>
<li> Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise small to midsized groups</li>
<li> Good organization, multi-tasking, leadership, and decision-making ability</li>

Position Summary
ALL Crane Service has an opportunity for an experienced Sander &amp; Paint Prepper to work on medium and heavy duty trucks, trailers, and various construction related equipment in a body shop environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package.
Essential Functions

<li>Sand and prepare equipment, product and assemblies for painting</li>
<li>Assemble and inspect finished product ensuring work meets company quality standards</li>
<li>Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other applicable regulations </li>

Skills and Experience Requirements
<ul>
<li>Has extensive knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures in sanding and surface preparation for painting operations</li>
<li>Able to use sanders, grinders, wire wheels and other hand tools</li>
<li>Able to work with and around spray paints requiring use of a respirator or fresh air system</li>
<li>Must be able to stand, and walk around for long periods of time</li>

<li>Able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed </li>
