Key Responsibilities:

<li>Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures.</li>
<li>Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining solutions clearly and professionally.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.</li>
<li>Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.</li>
<li>Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
