Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Adapt and promote lean manufacturing principals</li>

<li>Repair and Maintenance of building, presses and equipment throughout plant.</li>

<li>Serves in the capacity of waste water handler commensurate with completion of proper training</li>
<li>Possess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001 and Q1 compliance criteria</li>

The electrical and mechanical installers are traveling out of state an average of three weeks intervals. Generally, when they come back, we have them work local for a 1 week before sending them back out of state.
Everything is paid for when traveling out of state. We have a lot of out of state work for the year 2024. When working out of state, the work schedule is 7 days a week, 12-hour shifts. Typically shift time starts at 6:00am.
We are in the trade to install various systems such as tower water, chiller water, pumping stations, compressed air, material handler systems and more.

SERVPRO Team Holcomb has expanded and is Hiring Two Reconstruction Project Managers in the Winston Salem / Greensboro area.
 
We continue to grow, and we are looking for two driven Reconstruction Project Managers who want to be part of a company that is scaling fast and rewards strong performers. What You Will Be Expected to Achieve
We set clear performance targets and support you with the resources needed to hit them. You should have a history of:
 
Managing $1.5 million dollars or more in annual reconstruction revenue
Maintaining gross profit margins of 45 percent
Providing a high level of service and communication throughout the reconstruction process
Collecting money efficiently and keeping your projects financially healthy
