Your Impact:

Your Qualifications:

<li>1500 hours Helicopter flight hours</li>
<li>1000 hours PIC in category</li>
<li>500 hours of rotorcraft turbine time</li>
<li>200 hours of cross country</li>
<li>50 hours of unaided night can be accepted with a minimum of 100 hours of aided night</li>
<li>50 hours of hood or actual time instrument time in flight in category. (Simulator time does not count.) A pilot that is dual qualified in fixed wing with 100 hours of actual instrument time can reduce this requirement to 25 hours.</li>

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks and work independently with little supervision. Job Responsibilities The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following: Administrative Support to Executive Office (80%)

<li>Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li>
<li>Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate and facilitate communication.</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.</li>
<li>Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.</li>
<li>Ensure individuals are well-prepared for meetings and events.</li>
<li>Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.</li>
<li>Compile documents for travel-related meetings and ensure timely submission of expense reports.</li>

Office Administration (20%)

<li>Manage building-related support tasks for Mesabi's office suite, such has handling maintenance requests, security access, and deliveries.</li>

Skills and Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.</li>
<li>A candidate with a background in law would be preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li>
<li>High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.</li>

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Comprehensive Advance Life Support (CALS) certification or attain certification within 12 months of initial orientation in the emergency department and maintain certification.

ECG recognition/interpretation within six months of employment.
