Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Logbook Review &amp; Record Management
<ul>
<li>Review aircraft logbooks and technical records to establish an accurate current maintenance status.</li>
<li>Identify upcoming inspections, airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and life limited items.</li>
<li>Maintain organized, accurate, and auditable maintenance documentation.</li>
<li>Validate and update the aircraft configurations as necessary depending on added upgrades or accessories since original aircraft sale.</li>
</ul>
Maintenance Coordination
<ul>
<li>Develop and track work scopes for inspections, repairs, and discrepancies.</li>
<li>Coordinate with service centers, maintenance providers, and vendors to schedule work.</li>
<li>Monitor progress of maintenance events to ensure timely completion.</li>
<li>Validate all maintenance complies with FAA and OEM requirements for Cirrus Next eligibility.</li>
</ul>
Upgrades &amp; Modifications
<ul>
<li>Coordinate installation of upgrades under the Cirrus Next program.</li>
<li>Manage timelines, budgets, and service center relationships for upgrade projects.</li>
<li>Ensure all modifications are documented and reflected in aircraft records.</li>
</ul>
Project Management
<ul>
<li>Act as primary point of contact for internal sales teams, service centers, and customers regarding maintenance status and upgrades.</li>
<li>Create and manage project timelines for each aircraft in the Cirrus Next pipeline.</li>
<li>Identify risks and proactively mitigate delays or cost overruns.</li>
<li>Provide regular status updates.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance
<ul>
<li>Ensure aircraft meet the standards and requirements of the Cirrus Next program after delivery.</li>
<li>Audit maintenance work orders and records for accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Uphold FAA, OEM, and company compliance standards at all times.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<li>Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management with 1+ year experience preferred. OR</li>
<li>Associates Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management with FAA Airframe &amp; Powerplant A&amp;P license with 2+ years’ experience preferred. OR</li>
<li>FAA Airframe &amp; Powerplant (A&amp;P) Certificate with 5+ years’ experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft maintenance tracking, and logbook practices.</li>
<li>Proven project management and vendor coordination skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship management skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills.</li>
