The Universal Banker is a combination of being a Teller, Personal Banker, and performing Customer Service. For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a carbon-steel fabrication manufacturing environment. Must have proven experience in carbon steel welding methods (TIG, MIG, Pulse MIG). ASME tank experience a plus.

Job Description
Location: Dodge City, KS Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends, Day Shift Pay: Starting at $49,140 + Annual Bonus

What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>
Operate a Class A CDL vehicle to deliver beverages to local accounts
</li>
<li>
Learn and cover various established delivery routes as needed
</li>
<li>
Safely load, unload, and merchandise product (cases and kegs up to 165 lbs)
</li>
<li>
Build positive relationships with account contacts
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate logs and DOT compliance
</li>
</ul>
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

A valid Class A CDL and clean driving record
</li>
<li>
Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift and move heavy product safely
</li>
<li>
Desire to work full-time with consistent hours and long-term opportunity
</li>
<li>
Experience in delivery, warehouse, or route driving preferred—but not required
</li>

Additional Requirements:
