 Job Description
Under the direction of a Regional Clinical Director, the Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the therapeutic needs of the clients being served in and around the clinical center. The Clinical Director is responsible for achieving specific clinical quality objectives, while also achieving the financial plan for the center. This person is responsible for managing a small caseload, while overseeing behavior technician and Behavior Analyst performance. The Clinical Director also analyzes data collected by behavior technicians and program supervisors to determine if the interventions they created are effective in creating the desired behavior change for the client. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical, administrative, and leadership capabilities to achieve the best possible outcomes for the clients and families we serve.
 Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

<li>Collaborate with leadership to establish and achieve clinical and business performance objectives for the region;</li>
<li>Provide oversight and monitoring of behavioral assessments and treatment programs to ensure high quality, effective, and ethical practices;</li>
<li>Provide mentorship to clinicians assisting with growth and development of clinical skills;</li>
<li>Effectively model and lead a positive team environment, focusing on a supportive culture and work-life balance for all staff;</li>

<li>Give and receive feedback to/from staff, peers and supervisors;</li>
<li>Managing the region’s budget to the business plan, to include staff salaries and various operating costs, from supplies to regional event and activities budgets;</li>

<li>Must be capable to meet the physical demands of the job, to include the ability to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs;</li>

Availability &amp; Location
<ul>
<li>Primarily work from the designated Clinical Center location, with occasional travel to other regions for monthly clinical meetings and other company events;</li>
<li>Typical clinical center hours are Monday through Friday 8am-8pm; subject to client needs; center opening and closing duties are typically shared across clinical staff;</li>
<li>Flexible schedule opportunities, subject to our general expectation for in-person leadership and our belief that remote/telehealth ABA is not preferred/best practice.</li>

Previous Experience &amp; Educational Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum of a Masters Degree in ABA or equivalent field required;</li>
<li>Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst by BACB required;</li>
<li>A minimum of five (5) years experience in the field of ABA and in treatment of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder required;</li>
<li>A minimum of three (3) years experience in a Clinical Director or similar role is required;</li>
<li>Previous experience and familiarity with the business aspects of ABA service delivery, balancing quality and cost, managing to budgets, reading financial statements, etc. is strongly preferred;</li>

Summary:
