 The Role: As an Event Production Account Manager, you own client relationships, revenue, and outcomes for live event production solutions, including:

<li>Integrated production management</li>
</ul>
This role is the connective tissue between client vision and execution reality. You’ll lead discovery, shape scalable production solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate closely with pre-production and on-site teams to ensure what’s promised is what’s delivered—cleanly, safely, and on time.
This is a revenue-owning role designed for someone who thrives on accountability, clarity, and long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
Own Client Relationships

<li>Translate vision into executable production scopes including AVL, staging, and seating</li>
<li>Partner with Pre-Production Planners to price solutions that are accurate, executable, and margin-aligned</li>
</ul>
Collaborate for Flawless Execution
<ul>
<li>Ensure clean handoffs from sales to pre-production to on-site teams</li>
<li>Stay engaged through execution to protect the client experience</li>
<li>Participate in post-event reviews to sharpen future performance</li>
</ul>
Maintain Discipline &amp; Visibility
<ul>
<li>Use HubSpot as the system of record for accurate and actionable data</li>
<li>Provide leadership with clear forecasting and pipeline insight</li>
<li>Use Lasso for quote writing and project management</li>
</ul>

What We’re Looking For:

<li>3+ years of B2B sales experience in live events and/or AV production</li>
