After training: One required office day per week; remaining days optional remote
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base annually (based on experience). Plus quarterly bonus based on revenue and profitability

The Role:
As an Event Production Account Manager, you own client relationships, revenue, and outcomes for live event production solutions, including:
- Audio, Video & Lighting (AVL)
- Performance staging and platforms
- Temporary seating structures
- Integrated production management
This role is the connective tissue between client vision and execution reality. You’ll lead discovery, shape scalable production solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate closely with pre-production and on-site teams to ensure what’s promised is what’s delivered—cleanly, safely, and on time.
This is a revenue-owning role designed for someone who thrives on accountability, clarity, and long-term client partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
Own Client Relationships
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships rooted in clear communication and follow-through
- Serve as the primary account management contact from first call through show close
- Guide clients across AVL, staging, and seating decisions with confidence and clarity
Drive Growth
- Proactively pursue new opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts
- Expand existing clients into additional services and repeat engagements
- Identify when AVL, staging, seating—or blended solutions—best serve each event
Lead Discovery & Solution Design
- Run discovery conversations to uncover goals, constraints, audience experience needs, and technical requirements
- Translate vision into executable production scopes including AVL, staging, and seating
- Partner with Pre-Production Planners to price solutions that are accurate, executable, and margin-aligned
Collaborate for Flawless Execution
- Ensure clean handoffs from sales to pre-production to on-site teams
- Stay engaged through execution to protect the client experience
- Participate in post-event reviews to sharpen future performance
Maintain Discipline & Visibility
- Use HubSpot as the system of record for accurate and actionable data
- Provide leadership with clear forecasting and pipeline insight
- Use Lasso for quote writing and project management
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in live events and/or AV production
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Lasso (or similar quoting systems)
- A self-starter who owns outcomes and follows through
- Strong discovery, solution selling, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with production, technical, and field teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
