Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with functional mobility training, including transfers, ambulation, and the use of assistive devices (e.g., walkers, canes).
- Guide patients through strengthening and balance exercises to improve mobility and stability.
- Observe and assess patients during therapy sessions, documenting their responses, progress, and any changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.

Requirements:
- Licensed or certified as a Physical Therapy Assistant in PA
- CPR certification (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled patients.
- Physical ability to assist with patient transfers and provide hands-on therapy.
