Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for an Assisted Living Facility and a Highrise Condominium. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of general building maintenance and repair duties.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

*Must be ok working 1 weekend a month*

Job Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of the facility, including:

Perform light electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Assist with basic plumbing repairs
Perform light HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
Complete interior and exterior painting projects
Pressure wash walkways and exterior areas
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Complete routine preventative maintenance
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for residents and staff
Perform additional maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous building, property, apartment, hotel, or facility maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Experience with painting and general repairs
Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests
Professional and respectful demeanor when working around residents and staff
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Ability to perform physical maintenance duties throughout the workday
