We are hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position is in the Fort Myers area! A full-time job at $17.00 per hour with weekly pay. This position requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks promptly. Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders promptly
- Janitorial duties
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Light plumbing and light maintenance repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license to apply
