The Opportunity

<li>The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide support to care management teams, leadership, and patients, as a part of Rhode Island Primary Care's (RIPCPC) interdisciplinary care team. What you'll do
General Responsibilities:

<li>Work collaboratively with RIPCPC staff including and not limited to, nurse care managers (NCM), pharmacists (RPh), social work teams, quality improvement specialists (QIS) team members, PCP office staff and providers</li>
<li>Ensures accuracy and complete documentation with outreach per department policy</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with practice office staff and physicians</li>
<li>Assist with nursing related projects or programs</li>
<li>All other tasks as designated by the Nursing Manager or Director of Nursing</li>
<li>Active participation in staff meetings as scheduled and education sessions as needed</li>
<li>This position is a hybrid position (mix of both virtual and onsite) Monday-Friday</li>

<li>Must have successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).</li>
<li>Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.</li>
<li>Must maintain current licensure to practice as an LCSW</li>
<li>Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process.</li>
<li>Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks.</li>
<li>Ability to openly discuss conflicts/controversy, and to seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts.</li>
<li>U.S. Citizenship is required for this position</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required</li>

Job Description 
 As a Security Officer - Shopping Mall Patrol Driver in Aiea, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a busy retail or mall location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your duties. You will also interact with visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and supporting a welcoming environment as part of the Allied Universal team.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail or mall location in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.</li>
<li>Observe and report any irregularities, unusual circumstances, or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.</li>
<li>Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees by providing information and directions as needed within the location.</li>
<li>Work closely with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as required for security-related matters.</li>
<li>Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
