We have an exciting opening for an Athletic Program Director. The Athletic Program Director will provide a comprehensive sports and fitness program that will include age and gender-specific sports leagues, large group games, fitness activities, and hourly/daily athletic events, and will develop standards for the athletic program and gymnasium area that will benefit youth ages 5-18 years of age. In addition, the Athletic Program Director will be in charge of establishing, promoting, marketing, expanding, and running sports leagues for the Boys Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire. Duties 
Prepare Youth for Success 
1.Plans and oversees the administration of designated Clubhouse programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes: 
·Establishes program objectives consistent with organizational goals and mission. 
·Oversees the provision of day-to-day gymnasium program activities in accordance with established standards and goals. 
·Ensures that all childcare licensing requirements per the NH Childcare Licensing Bureau are implemented.

•Preferably a minimum of two years of work experience in a Boys Girls Club or similar organization with planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people; 1000 hours experience working with children in a licensed child care program, recreation program, or elementary school. 
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
•Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics. 
•Demonstrated organizational, staff, and project management abilities.

·Must be willing to work late hours.

Requirements -Must be a lead teacher qualified (18 credits) with two years of experience in Early Childhood Education or a similar field.Must be 18 years of age or older and have a minimum of 1,000 hours working in alicensed program. -Knowledge of current methods, principles, and techniques of teaching. -Knowledge of curriculum development and application. -Ability to plan and implement quality programs; proven track record of creative and artistic teaching strategies. -Ability to form developmentally appropriate relationships with children and promote positive behavior. -Ability to motivate members and manage behavior problems with patience. -Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment. -Ability to communicate with staff, families, and community members in a variety of methods. -Must be willing to maintain an appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities. -Must be willing to adapt to different learning styles. -Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications per Bureau of Childcare licensing requirements. -May be required to drive the Club van/short bus periodically. -Must possess a safe driving record and submit a copy of such record to either the Operations Director or human resources department. -Required to assist in cleaning and organizing the Club. -Must maintain confidentiality. -Must be willing to travel between locations when requested. Position Overview
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting. We welcome candidates passionate about helping students succeed through speech and language support services. CF supervision is available and fully compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
