The Basics of a Branch Associate role:
<ul>
<li>Weekly schedules will be set between the hours of 8:45-5:15p M-F</li>
<li>Rotating Saturdays at our Austin-Lamar branch. Hours from 8:45-1:30p.</li>
<li>Assisting other branches as needed.</li>
</ul>
What you'll do as a Branch Associate:
In the Branch Associate role, you will serve members in a hybrid capacity conducting both Teller and New Accounts related transactions. You will work to create a top-tier experience for our members and proactively assist with their financial services needs by opening accounts, submitting loan applications, problem-solving member issues, building relationships, and educating members on additional products and services to improve their financial lives.

<li>Create a Top-Tier experience for members in branch, drive thru and over the phone. </li>
<li>Engage members on financial products and services using a needs-based approach. </li>
<li>Open new accounts and products including savings, checking, debit cards, money market, CDs, and select loan products for consumer members. </li>
<li>Problem-solve member issues of a basic nature through various communication channels including in-branch, phone, email, etc.</li>
<li>Actively participate in volunteer events through our Greater Good program. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
Must Haves for the Branch Associate Role:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year in a face to face customer service role.</li>
<li>High willingness to learn and be a self-starter.</li>
<li>Outgoing, personable, and a team player.</li>
<li>Great communication skills.</li>
<li>Detail oriented.</li>
<li>HS Diploma or GED.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Haves for the Branch Associate Role:
<ul>
<li>Cross-selling experience.</li>
<li>6 months of cash handling.</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish and English.</li>
</ul>
