Job Details
 Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment such as: Meat grinders, labelers, scale units, printers, grinders, mixers, Reiser equipment, and/or Multivac systems. Conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues. Complete equipment changeovers, calibrations, and adjustments to meet production requirements. Repair or replace components such as bearings, belts, rollers, valves, sensors, and VFD-related parts. Support production operators in identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed maintenance records in alignment with USDA, GMP, HACCP, and internal standards. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects. Follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times. Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment required. Strong proficiency with slicers, Multivac systems, grinders, mixers, and other related machinery. Solid knowledge of mechanical systems; basic PLC/VFD troubleshooting is a plus. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and high-speed conveyors. Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. We are hiring an experienced in-house mechanic specializing in High Pressure Processing (HPP) systems to support a high-throughput food manufacturing environment. This is a long-term, stable role with industry-leading compensation, modern equipment, and strong operational support.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HPP systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic).</li>
<li>Execute preventive maintenance programs and document all maintenance activity (CMMS or equivalent).</li>
<li>Diagnose root cause of downtime events and implement durable corrective actions.</li>

<li>Coordinate parts management, rebuild schedules, and maintenance planning to maximize uptime.</li>

<li>Participate in on-call coverage for critical systems (rotation as applicable).</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>Proven track record of improving uptime and reliability.</li>

Parts Manager - Lebanon, TN
$15-$20/HR + Quarterly Production Bonus
Responsible for ordering parts from preferred vendors, tracking parts for arrival, distribution, and storing parts, and ensuring the prompt return of damaged or unused parts.
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Responsible for ordering parts, confirming orders, and monitoring delivery times.</li>
<li>Check in parts, label, and distribute immediately upon receipt or store in an organized manner until the assigned job is ready for the part.</li>
<li>Track any incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.</li>
<li>Inspect all parts for damage, quality, and accuracy.</li>
<li>Return and re-order any damaged or incorrect parts.</li>

<li>Pickup parts at vendors as requested.</li>
<li>Keep work area clean and well organized.</li>
