<li>Order Processing: When customers request specific parts that are not readily available in stock, parts counter personnel help place orders with suppliers or manufacturers. They track the order's progress and provide customers with updates on delivery times.</li>
<li>Inventory Management: Maintaining an organized and up-to-date inventory of parts is crucial to ensure that parts are readily available when needed. Parts counter personnel monitor stock levels, reorder parts as necessary, and manage returns or exchanges.</li>
<li>Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of the products being sold is important, as parts counter staff may need to provide technical advice and guidance to customers who require assistance in selecting the appropriate parts.</li>

Pay:
